I happened to pull out my copy of that book a week or so ago. It's truly
strange looking at pre-ANSI / pre-POSIX code.
I took a class from Webb Miller at UC Santa Barbara in the late 1970s
or early 1980s. I don't remember him being much of a teacher, but then
I was a total jerk back then so I wasn't much of a student. It was
probably my fault.
Anyway, I have a copy of this book for sale. It's in excellent
condition. It wasn't sold with the software that's printed in
the book so you'll have to somehow get the software yourself.
Since used copies of this book start at $899.99 on Amazon, I think
that $50 plus shipping would be a fair price. (I'll only ship to the
US). If you're interested please contact me directly offlist.

P. S. If this book sells it will be the second book I've sold
due to mentions on TUHS.
