I do regular builds of GNU Binutils + GCC, NetBSD, Linux and SIMH and
will add PCC to the list.
My repo has a branch 'ubuntu18' with diffs
for running PCC on Ubuntu,
if that interests anyone.
I'll try to build master first (though my setup aims to build with the
latest Debian "unstable" code, let's see where this ends.)
