It's mentioned in Eric's (I think) book about Sendmail from the late 80s
or early 90s (and I have a footnote in there, I think).
I will see if I can dig up the sources. It would undoubtedly take some
work to bring them into the 21st century.

Norman (I'm pretty sure), there was a program called 'ease'
that did just that. Using it, I wrote a sendmail config file *from scratch*
for the computing center and math/cs system at Emory U, where I worked
at the time.
Where can I find out more about 'ease' and what Norman wrote & used?
