I found the earliest succession of roff predecessors
went something like this:
TJ-2 -> RUNOFF (capitals) -> runoff (lowercase) -> rf -> roff
Did you manage to find out from Jerry if he knew of/anything about TJ2 when he did
RUNOFF?
