That program was canceled, see http://wwws.sun.com/software/solaris/source/
It was a license, and if you have it, you can not share it with non-licensees.
Also it wasn't quite complete.

A couple years ago, Sun released Solaris 8 source for free. The whole system is full of
SVisms, and AFAIK, the source remains free.
