Mike Cowlishaw's IBM Jargon and General Computing Dictionary, Tenth
Edition <http://www.comlay.net/ibmjarg.pdf> was probably the source for
this -- it includes both "branch to Fishkill" and "branch to Owego"
with
exactly this definition.
