GNU pretty much anything has too many options.
I do aesthetically appreciate that tail -f is a bit of an abomination, but realistically
it’s also 90% or more of my actual use of tail. There obviously needs to be SOMETHING
that lets you watch the end of a growing file as it’s growing.
