Ken invented *NIX(up to edition 3 he wrote 100% of the sources), ed(before regexp qed), b
(and therefore most of c).
Ken is one of the most underrated persons of all. I hope the day will come, humankind will
show respect !

Just think: without
those two, we'd all be running M$ Windoze and thinking that it's wonderful (I
