The files in this directory contains a version of the REAL 4.0 network simulator
which has been modified to implement the rate-based congestion control
scheme described in the Ph.D Thesis by Warren Toomey, submitted to the
University of New South Wales, Australia, in 1997. This modified simulator
is known to run on SunOS 3.5 and FreeBSD 2.X. It is known NOT to run on
Solaris, Linux or any Microsoft operating system. URLs for the thesis,
