ANU Department of Computer Science (DCS)

The Department of Computer Science is one of a number of computer science bodies in the ANU. It is part of the new Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology.

The department has approximately 15 academic staff engaged in teaching and research, in parallel programming and systems, databases, combinatorial mathematics, programming language implementation, artificial intelligence, software engineering. We teach Computer Science and Information Systems into the Bachelor degree programmes of Information Technology, Science, Arts, Economics and Commerce, and supervise research Masters' and PhD students.
