Webbed Tech Reports, Journals, Abstracts

Many departments are placing their technical reports on the network, via gopher, ftp or marked up with HTML.

All of these documents can be accessed through the web.

An example is our gopher archive of technical reports on ccadfa.

Some servers, such as ANU Social Sciences, are creating meta-documents which list available technical reports.

Monash Uni also has a list of Computer Science technical reports.

Electronic Journals

There are now electronic journals (refereed journals) which are published regularly on the web. Again, ANU Social Sciences has links to some of these journals.

Strangely, the computer science community has not moved in this direction, although the soft sciences and humanities have.
